Katarina and Francesco (Jim), two globe-trotting bartenders with one big dream: creating a unique product. On one of our trips through South-East Asia we noticed an immense amount of lime and asked ourselves: does a lime liqueur exist? No. So we decided to make it ourselves. LimeOlé stands out for its bright green colour, intense aroma, versatility (neat or mixed) and a sweet profile that makes it incredibly approachable. Our signature on an ancient story: red wine and honey enriched with our blend of 11 spices, roots and citrus, for a deep and enveloping profile. Served chilled with artisan cantucci.
